Race Report: Midland Counties 10,000m Champs – Podiums for Adam Millbery
On Friday 25 August 2023, our VPH&THAC athlete Adam Millbery came away with two podium results at the Worcestershire 10,000m Championships, held at the Abbey Stadium in Redditch as part of the Edgar Nicholls 10,000m and the Midland 10,000m Championships. A superbly paced race, crossing the line in 31.25.90 (splits of 15:43/15:43). Congratulations Adam!
