Two fun filled weeks athletics programme. Learn and improve on all the disciplines of athletics: Sprints & Endurance running, Throws and Jumps.

- DATES: Monday 24th July – Friday 4th August 2023
- VENUE: Mile End Park Leisure Centre, 190 Burdett Rd E3 4HL
- OPTIONS:
- Week 1: Mon 24 , Wed 26 , Thu 27 Fri 28 (4 days)
- Week 2: Mon 31 July – Fri 4 Aug (5 days)
- SESSION TIMES: 10.00am – 2.00pm
- REGISTRATION: 9.45am
- Participants are encouraged to attend all days to gain the best experience
- TO WEAR : Tracksuit / jogging bottoms/ shorts and trainers should be worn
- TO BRING : A packed lunch and a refillable water bottle which can be refilled throughout the day
