Race report: SEAA 6/12 Stage Road Relays, London Olympic Park
Gavin LauVPH&THAC were presented with another chance to toe the line with the best running clubs in the region, with the opportunity to progress to the National Road Relays, the marque annual event. The 2023 relays took place on our doorstep in the Olympic Park. We were able to select our fastest available runners from a deep pool, which continues to grow with each year as the squad builds and develops together.
Conditions were biting cold but dry. A testing course with some hairpin bends and false flats.
We are very proud of the team results achieved on the day. Men’s team 18th, Women’s A and B teams 12th and 24th respectively. Both the Men’s and Women’s teams qualify for the nationals… Congratulations!
