Season report: Chingford League relays & prize presentations 2022/23
Gavin LauBig thank you to all the runners who made the relays, and swapped round to fill places at a moment’s notice. Great camaraderie and team spirit!
Our amazing women’s team ( Hazel Norton-Hale, Ellie Daglish, Lily Zechmann and Jade Dos Santos) won the Women’s relay on the day. The team had a great season with many participating in the races and fiercely competed to take home the Women’s A and B team trophies.
The men’s team took second place on the day in the final relay competition. Again, showing strength in depth to take home all the team prizes – Senior A and B, Vets trophies.
Well done to Jamie Cornuaud on the individual Senior men’s win, and Ali Trauttmansdorff crowned VW50 champion for the 2022/23 season!
