Gavin Lau*NEW CLUB RECORD* Last night, at the Armagh International, Alex Lawrence, broke/smashed Paul Martelletti’s near 10 year old club road 5k record of 14.47, with a cracking run of 14.20.

He was in fine company in an unbelievable field in which 15.01 was only good enough for 136th place, with Adam Millbery (14.51), Tom Brookes (15.01 for 136th) and Dominic Howarth (15.20) also running very fast. Good work!
