General: Congratulations to our VPH Couch to 5k graduates!

Congratulations to all our graduates in the inaugural VPH Couch to 5K group. They completed an 8-week course culminating in a 5K race in Victoria Park on Sunday 7 January. One of the intake even bagged their age group win!

Mara Hafezi and Joe Dale will be running another course this year, later into 2024.
